Straße entlang Eisenbahn bei Khao Talo teilweise wiedereröffnet
PATTAYA, Thailand – Mayor Poramet Ngampichet has inspected progress on the long-awaited road improvement project along the railway line near Khao Talo, as authorities move to ease travel disruptions for local residents.
During the site visit on April 1, the mayor was joined by Deputy Mayor Manot Nongyai and city officials to assess construction progress and its impact on the surrounding community.
The road, which had previously been closed due to ongoing construction works, has now been partially reopened to traffic. Motorists can currently use sections between Khao Talo intersection and Chaiyaphruek Road, helping to relieve congestion and improve daily commutes.
City officials said additional work, including road marking and lane painting, will be completed in the next phase.
The mayor has instructed contractors to accelerate progress to ensure the project is completed within the agreed timeframe, while maintaining strict safety standards at the construction site.
Authorities have also announced that further updates on the project will be provided as work continues.
