Bangkok Shopping Malls

In the sumptuous center of Thailand lies the capital city of Bangkok, where you’ll find an intimidating cosmopolitan city filled with the cultural and commercial significance of the country. At the focal point of the city lays shopping centers, causing locals and tourists to jump on board to see the vast array of available stores in Siam Square.

Siam Square is filled to the brim with admirable shopping malls, making visitors feel overwhelmed on where they should start shopping first. For shoppers hoping for a more luxurious experience while shopping, Siam Paragon is where you can shop for days on end, eat incredible food, and see an extended number of other activities you normally wouldn’t associate with a mall.

Siam Paragon is located across from BTS Station Siam, with the MBK Center and Central world nearby. If you want to get your fill on shopping, make sure you stop by all of the vast malls in the area, as all of them are a trip to remember.

When the large shopping mall was built in 2015, it was deemed as the largest fashionable shopping center in the country, with over 250 luxurious shops to choose from. However, once Central World was built in 2016, this quickly kicked Siam Paragon off as the biggest elegant shopping center, with ICONSIAM taking the spot in 2020.

Upon visiting Siam Paragon, you’ll notice the stunning glass facade causing an illuming light to come in and touch every visitor that’s inside. The fountain promotes a sense of what’s to expect with the mall with nothing but class and high-quality shops to explore. Even the mall’s theme is continuously changing, causing customers to be amazed by the experience of going to the shopping center every time.

The mall’s main floor features high-end luxury brands such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Hermes, Dolce & Gabbana, Dior, Prada, and much more. As you can expect with these kinds of brands, expect to spend a lot of money if you’re hoping to get several high-quality luxury clothing products.

On the second floor, here is where you’ll find more middle-of-the-road style stores, such as an H&M. If you’re hoping to not spend a fortune, definitely head to the second floor first as there are a lot more reasonable prices in this area for people to explore.

However, the second floor’s affordability comes to a halt as you can buy a Porsche if you want to. This floor area is also accessory-oriented with cameras, selfie-sticks, and similar products for people to purchase.

The third floor is dedicated to living and technology, meaning you can find an assortment of furniture and home appliances. The fourth floor is dedicated to the world of art and literature, where you can buy art products and books respectively.

Once you’re done shopping, head on up to the fifth floor to explore the entertainment zone. Here, you can find bowling, a movie theatre, wall climbing, and much more. Lastly, be sure to check out SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World, the largest aquarium in all of Asia, located in the mall’s basement.

If you’re feeling hungry at the end of the day, every floor has several quick bites, with the ground floor holding several fantastic restaurants and cafes. So, if you’re ready to shop with a vast number of fun activities to do, head on over to Siam Paragon!
